Manoj P Kudtharkar, Founder of SAARTHAK NAARI Awards inspired by Prime Minister’s ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ initiative that recognizes and rewards women achievers from different walks of life. Two of the awardees, Bharti Vishnuvardhan and Meenakshi Amma were later awarded with the Padma Shri by the Government of India.
